Terms of service

GrowTroop is Marketing Team as a Service: AI personas that learn a brand, plan content, write copy, generate images, schedule posts and keep a record of what was published. It is provided by AGByte, [legal entity to be completed]. Some of what the service produces is generated by AI models; it is yours to review before it is used.

The service is used through an organization. The organization's owner is responsible for who is invited, what roles they hold and what they do. Keep sign-in details and multi-factor codes private; tell us at once if you believe an account has been compromised.

What you upload stays yours. What the troop generates for your organization is yours to use, subject to the terms of the AI providers involved and the rules of the networks you publish to. You are responsible for what you approve and publish: its accuracy, its legality and its fit with each network's policies.

Publishing to a social network requires connecting an account you are authorized to use. You may disconnect it at any time. We publish only what you approved or explicitly asked to publish.

Nothing the troop makes is published without an approval or an explicit publish action from a member of your organization. Scheduled posts follow the calendar you set. A record is written for every publish attempt, including failures.

Plans, prices and included limits are described on the Pricing page. Prices shown there are indicative until your agreement states them. Limits are set on your subscription and can be adjusted by agreement.

Do not use the service to publish content that is unlawful, that infringes someone else's rights, that impersonates a person or organization, or that a network prohibits. Do not attempt to access other organizations' data or to disrupt the service.

We work to keep the service available and will tell organization owners about planned maintenance. Features may change; where a change removes something material, we give notice.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access for a material breach of these terms. On termination we remove your content within the period stated in your agreement, except records we must keep by law.

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes go to the competent court in Amsterdam, unless mandatory law gives you another forum.
