Launch draft. AGByte completes the entity details and counsel supplies the binding version before publish.
This policy explains what GrowTroop collects, why, where it lives and the choices you have. Plain words on purpose.
Who we are
GrowTroop is a product of AGByte, [legal entity and registered address to be completed], Amsterdam, the Netherlands. AGByte is the controller of the personal data described here. For anything about this policy or your data, write to [email protected].
What this website collects
This site has no forms and no server code. When you choose to email us, your mail client sends the message; we then hold your name, address and whatever you wrote, to reply.
The site sets one cookie, gt_consent, to remember your cookie choice. Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookie and stores no personal identifiers, tells us which pages are read. Google Analytics runs only if you accept analytics cookies; see the Cookie policy.
What the product processes
If you use the GrowTroop service, we process what your organization puts in it: your account details, your organization and its members, the brand book, the images and text you upload or the troop generates, your chat threads with Nova, and the social accounts you connect together with the tokens those networks issue.
We process this to run the service for you and for nothing else. We do not train models on your content.
Who processes it for us
GrowTroop runs on managed services reached over authenticated HTTPS: MongoDB Atlas (database), Cloudflare (network, storage of media), Trigger.dev (background tasks), Postiz (publishing to social networks), and the AI model providers each persona is routed to. Where a provider offers a region choice we choose the European Union. [Confirm the region per provider before publish.]
How long we keep it
Mail you send us is kept for as long as we are in conversation and a reasonable period after. Service data is kept for the life of your organization's subscription and removed on request under the terms of your agreement. Published posts and their records are kept while the organization exists, because they are the audit trail of what was published.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable form. Write to [email protected]. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Cookies
The full list, and how to change your choice, is on the Cookie policy page.
Changes
When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes to how the service processes data are announced to organization owners.
